I want to really get this blog going and I will dedicate more time to this one. I’ve been neglecting it because I had zero followers before, but now you guys just came out of nowhere! :)

So I need your help.

This means: I welcome ANY submissions you may have concerning food from Spain!  Whether it’s a recipe you came up with yourself, a picture you took, a family recipe, something you found on the Internet, anything! :) That way this blog will have more of a variety of substance and you guys will then feel part of the community, too.

I went to Spain this past summer to visit my family, and my aunt made this wonderful Paella on the day of my arrival. Needless to say, I left not a single grain of rice on my plate.
